Starts out via beautiful forest with small meadows filled with wildflowers. Fantastic opinions of the southernmost Teton peaks, and views associated with Death Canyon as you reach the highest part of the go walking and begin descent right down to the Lake. Chipminks, marmots and wild birds all along the way. It ceased about 10 feet up the slope, looked our way, so we walked away. General,Parajumpers, this hike had everything (except a significant waterfall/cascade), which I found outstanding for such a brief, easy hike thus close to jacksin and the Playground Entrance. |
