It has become so bad which it hurts to walk for almost any period of time. The pain always starts in the Third through 5th toes and fingers and the pads regarding my feet. It starts as a burning/stinging discomfort then with increased aggrevation through the weight bearing it commences a painful numbing discomfort and eventually almost complete numbing in the toes and pads. It often will move to the whole outside of my foot and if I carry on the agrevating activity our entire foot will go numb. It commenced about 10 years ago and was initially mild with symptoms just occurring when I leaped or stood set up for long periods. It's progressed over the years in order to occurring eveyday with any kind of prolonged walking, standing and rapid increased symptoms with working, elitical machines, or just about any althletic activity. I have seen a number of specialist and no a single seems to be able to diagnose. (Thought it was mortons nueromas at one point and went through injections and the only consequence was painful muscle spasms 810 times per day). Xrays display nothing, MRI's in 2000 showed bone marrow swelling (unknown why since I had no activity for a number of months due to the nueroma traeatments, second opiniion resulted in MRA that showed no nueromas) Currently ortho thinks maybe tarsal tunnel syndrom, new MRI show nothing. EMG exhibits no nerve impulse in the bottom of either foot in the outside nerves on bottom associated with feet,Parajumpers jakker, but neural reaction in legs and top of toes are normal. Just seated here right now, my own feet aare partially lessen, parajumpers, a stinging/throbbing/ numbing feeling if that makes any sense. I've invested big money in different shoes, orthodics, along with everything I can think about to relieve the pain. This specific posses a real dilemma for me because I are a US Marine together with 17 years of service. I have built up a pain tolerance to get by, however it is becoming increasingly more difficult. I must keep physically fit to remain serving to be able to leave the workplace, but I really getting worried as this condition gets worse that I will be able to keep on passing my actual fittness test. It has reached the point that it is utter will to get with the pain when I have to run 3 miles, stand in long formations or wear our dress unforms because of the sneakers. I can no longer put on any kind of heels without a great deal of pain. I purchase all my civilian sneakers a size even bigger and wider. I need to have a lot of padding on my feet. jogging barefoot on hard floors triggers ache a numbing quickly. Military docs can not figure it out. I also get pain in lower back, but MRI's show minor bulding within normal variety. |
