Working out for advanced beginners
I am working out for about 60 days with a personal trainer. The girl started off having me do full body routines that I quite appreciated they were sort of boot camp style, in that it was a combination of strength along with cardio (ie. lots of burpees and mountain climbers and planks, mixed in with compound strength having exercises.) Much amazed to discover i have gotten a lot fitter than That i have ever been before, pretty quickly. Now my own trainer is moving me to workout routines that alternate chest muscles and lower body every day, with more of a give attention to strength vs cardio. Is this better? submitted by Kololo
