My physio at the time told me I had to get rid or accept the pain. After Half a year of therapy to elongate the tendons I started wearing flats and possess never looked back. Yeah I do use a heel now and again but not over 2 inches. I did buy a lovely pair of shoes with a Three in heel as well as couldn't walk within them.
