i bought a pair of these types of for my wedding day to use for my reception advertising they were the worst thing i've ever bought. Within an hours i had to take them off as the back of my own heels were truly turning purple the place that the shoes were reducing into the back regarding my feet. It was excruciating and i couldn't walk properly for approximately a week. I have been wearing flats for more than 30 years now . with a very young age I was on painkillers for two main years, turn out which cos I wore women's high heel sandals for work, once i took them away at night I had frightening pain where my tendons had shortened due to the constant using high heels! My physio at the time told me I had to get rid or accept the pain. After Half a year of therapy to elongate the tendons I started wearing flats and possess never looked back. Yeah I do use a heel now and again but not over 2 inches. I did buy a lovely pair of shoes with a Three in heel as well as couldn't walk within them.
