I have had to purchase footwear between sizes Eight to 9.Five which is a pain. The free postage return will not apply in Europe so it costs concerning $20 postage to return the shoes from where I live. I have had to exchange Several pairs out of Eight so the track record just isn't great. I wish there was clearly some way to get a way of measuring of the shoe themselves (not just the rearfoot). Overall these shoes were regarding VERY poor craftmanship. I got into contact with Shoe Dazzle along with explained what experienced received. After the customer support rep informed me until this shoe "Maeve" was no extended in stock, (and I informed her I wanted to stop my Shoe Impress membership) she informed me there would be a $5.00 restocking fee deducted through my refund. I explained the condition of the sneakers I received and she or he stated the sneaker would have to be checked out before full refund is issued. Well did these people NOT inspect all of them before they sent them to me?????? (We took pictures because proof). Well with this said I GOT WHAT I Covered. I know Shoe Charm is in this to make a profit, so the sneakers they are selling are usually worth about $10.98 (this would be all I'd pay for the shoes My partner and i received). Naturally when I heard of Shoedazzle, I was very enthusiastic and promptly became a member of! My membership was valid for 4 months. Within the four months, I accrues ten pairs of trainers! Well, the problem is that these shoes are VERY cheaply made! Within the four month membership, six out from the ten pairs of shoes I bought BROKE! Sure, broke! I called these people and asked to send them back because they were defective. I was told that I could go back only one pair eventhough it had been more after that 30 days since I bought them. Whenever they got the order, they told me they could not give back or exchange them because they had been "excessively worn" as a result, their was nothing at all they could do. We've 2 issues with what they said. The first is that we wore the shoes Two times and ONLY twice. The 3rd time I visited wear them, I couldn't because they were broken. The 2nd issue I have in doing what they said is that We have shoes that have been put on "excessively" because I have had these for years and not ONCE have I had to get them repaired. Have I needed to replace the tap for the heel, of course however i have NEVER had a shoe crack until I started purchasing from Shoedazzle. Unfortunately, that has been the norm for any of the sneakers I ordered."
