Are barefoot shoes or boots suitable for multi
I am just planning on doing the Warrior Dash later this year. It is a Three or more.2 mile (5K) race track through mountainous landscape, mud, and h2o. In addition, there will also be obstacles along the way such as:spiked wireSince I haven't worn any "normal" pair of athletic tennis shoes in over four years, I plan on receiving something that is similar to things i wear for fighting styles. My kung fu shoes are flatsoled and also have little cushioning. Our style is also a Northern (China) one which has several acrobatic and leg tactics. My body is comfortable dealing with the impact on my feet and legs. Given my constant training schedule and how accustomed I am in order to wearing my present type of shoe, parajumpers sverige, a new barefoot shoe appears like a natural transition which i think would be best for me.
I have been investigating various barefoot sneakers which are separated into certain fitness activities like running, water,www.bilboers.dk/parajumpers-sale.html, and walking. Since this event is mostly running, I'm tempted to buy barefoot running shoes over ones that are intended for hiking or trails.
Are barefoot footwear good for these type of classes? If so, are there characteristics of one model of footwear that are advantageous over another? If without running shoes shoes wouldn't be beneficial to this type of activity, why would it not be suitable for muddy obstacle classes?
