CPS High School Girl Scouts Soldiers to Host Shoe Series Drive,parajumpers
Girl Scouts via Walnut Hills Senior high school and the School pertaining to Creative and Executing Arts will web host One Stop Drop a boot collection, small machine recycling and paper shredding event to benefit students in CPS elementary colleges. The event takes place about Sunday,parajumpers long bear, May Twenty from noon in order to 4pm at Amberley Village Eco-friendly, 7801 Ridge Road (between Section Road along with Galbraith Road).
Members of Troop 46943, Troop 48716 and Troop 48124 will collect, thoroughly clean, sort and disperse the shoes as part of a community service project. Shoes or boots that cannot be cleaned will probably be ground up by the Nike Corp. making into outdoor play ground mats.
The Girl Scouts are looking for all kinds of women guys and children shoes, which includes dress shoes, snow boots, workboots, athletic shoes and sandals. The dress shoes using this collection drive is going to be donated to ball room dancing programs within Cincinnati Public Schools, as the athletic shoes will go to Rockdale Academy and other universities with needs.
Donors may also bring previous electronic equipment, computers and also small appliances for recycling by Cohen Recyclers. Free confidential paper shredding will be done by Eliminate Safe/Omaha Paper Company.
