Was it worth it
Because I have lost 35 lbs (77 pounds), because I have lost a lot of centimetres of fat, because I'm 4 measurements smaller, because I exercise routine often, because I can jog, because I avoid the elevator, since i can find cloth that are great for me, because I never drink coke constantly, because I can't finish a huge cake on my own, because I don't restriction my diet as well fries and junk food, because I don't disguise anymore to eat.
Because I don't wake up from 2am in the morning to have mayo sandwiches, because I don't suffer from acne breakouts anymore, because I never suffer from asthma as well as allergies anymore, because I feel confortable in my body, because I love the way I look, because in the forums , that I'm capable of large things, because I learn how to understand me along with the signals of my body system, because I have revealed myself that I adore me and I love me, because I enjoy life more,parka jakke, because I am just much more happy than before.
