While recently visiting Natural Cove I stopped by Harveys to gather groceries for an function I was having. While i walked in the retailer only ONE person met with me with a laugh and a warm "hello". While you shop,parajumpers, the store manager and that i crossed paths and he did not acknowledge me or even seemed to be enthusiastic about how the customers have been. I proceeded to view and the CSM did not hassle to address me possibly. As I was examining the cashier seemed to be the only one that really engaged in conversation beside me she asked how I was and if I came across everything okay. While there' also noticed that The lady and another girl (who also was a cashier) had been the only ones that have been greeting other customers because they walked through the gates. When finished with the actual transaction the bagger who had been too busy sending text messages did not offer to assist me out to my car. Instead the cashier supplied helped me out, and she did. All in all I'm like some of the workers in the front need more customer care skills especially the keep manager. I have my own business and I can sure say that the managers need to collection the examples because of their teams. Maybe the cashier which offered to help me out to my car can provide the front end crew some customer service guidelines. Even though I cannot remember her name the lady was of the African American race and is among the nicest employees generally there because she helped me feel welcome. ANDRE Jones ( he calls herself DRE) stole 1k from us back in January The year 2013. To this date he has produced no effort to pay back the money he took and don't purchased the Microsof company Surface Pro tablet. So basically hell take the money upfront and wont purchase the goods. Long story brief I gave him or her 1k he than informed me it was being shipped ( Microsoft Surface Seasoned) he supplied
Electricity Seal did close off the attic of the house the first week within January 2013 as well as seemed to do a great job. The closing itself seems good. They were nice and nice.
