I agree with Avi. Nintendo Wii I was just thinking about this a few days ago. My idea first commenced as your typical gym/health membership, but with an added WiiRoom. However thought, why not simply go allWii? You could buy a number of dozen Wiis (I supposing availability here) and also hook them up in and internal system.
When you join your club, you take a moment and create your Mii personality (the avatar that gets displayed as "you" on-screen for those out there who may have never played Wii before). You could then go from room to room taking part in different games. To raise the workout, you might rent weights in order to strap onto your wrists/ankles. (Perhaps some weight rentals includes your membership. The bigger your membership amount,pjs parajumpers, the more you could get.) You might even bring in buddies to play Wii/workout together. (Buddies would get pre-designed generic Mii and would need to pay a Guest rate.)
Nintendo is coming out with a WiiFit game/controller next season, so this would give your WiiWorkout Club more things to do.
