Flat Belly Diet Dishes
Serve with 1/2 cup sliced banana.
Dinner Ricotta Calzone
Mix 1/4 c nonfat ricotta mozerella with 2 sundried tomato plants, diced; 1 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil; 1 tsp minced garlic; and Four fresh basil foliage, sliced, and products into 1 multigrain pita. Hot under broiler until pita is golden and mozerella is bubbly. Serve with 1/2 c marinara gravy for dipping.
Snack: 1 stick lowfat string cheese, 1 pineapple fruit cup (inside juice), 1 c baby carrots, and 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds.
Lunch time: Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Remember to brush 4 oz organic grilled chicken breast, perfectly chilled, with 2 Tbsp spices (such as China Glowing blue Scallion ginger glaze); combine with 1/4 c shredded carrots along with wrap in 4 large romaine leaves.
Snack: Cheese Crackers Incorporate 1/2 c nonfat ricotta cheese; A single c chopped red-colored bell pepper; One teaspoon saltfree Italian seasoning; and 10 large african american olives, sliced. Serve along with 6 rye crackers.
