A good book would be Little Men which she might find enjoyable it was written by Louisa May Alcott. It would show her how it is good to be a girl even when surrounded by boys. Sporting equipment depending on which sports she is interested in. There really are a lot of things but at 12 no girly or little kid toys would be appropriate. Even a nice watch would be nice as they have a lot of them in unisex styles.
